Please Note: Many of the Agreements are quite substantial in size, and in the case of the Public and Community Sector agreements, they are too large to be hosted on our site. However, we have provided a link to the relevant document which is available on the Fair Work Commission website.

Awards
Below are copies of the National Employment Standards as well as various Awards that may apply for some of our members.
The National Employment Standards are part of the Fair Work Act and are the minimum standards that workers in Australia should be employed under.
Health Services Union of Australia (Private Pathology – Victoria) Award 2003 [Transitional]
This Award is to be read in conjunction with the Dorevitch Pathology EBA 2004.
Health Professionals & Support Services Award 2010
This Award may be applicable to employees who are not currently covered by an Enterprise Agreement.
This Award is to be read in conjunction with the St John of God Pathology EBA 2013.
Members will need to take into account the Fair Work Commission’s investigation into the gendered undervaluation of the Health Professionals and Support Services Award, and subsequent decision in April 2025 recognizing the gendered undervaluation of some professions in the Award.
