One of the most important ways we protect and improve wages and conditions for everyone is through negotiating Enterprise Agreements. Through negotiating Enterprise Agreements with your employer, we give members the best chance of securing improvements in their working life.
Through monitoring compliance with our agreements, we make sure your hard-won improvements in wages and conditions are passed on. The Union works with you and your colleagues to ensure that employers are accurately paying wages, and giving you access to the entitlements agreed to and outlined in our agreements. When we find employers not complying, we actively work with them to correct errors.
