I’m employed under the new Medical Scientists, Pharmacists and Psychologists Victorian Public Sector (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2025.

I’m reaching out, because under clause 67.9, it says that if I have accessed unpaid parental leave between 1 November 2018 and when the Agreement is made, I need to:

• Email my employer within 6 months of the Agreement being made;
• Request that my service is recognised for the purposes of Long Service Leave; and
• If this is done, the employer will approve the application and will update my Long Service Leave record: clause 67.9(a).

I have accessed unpaid parental leave between 1 November 2018 and now.

Can you please recognise this period of service for my long service leave?
