Southern Health Wants to Claw Back Superannuation Payments re Maternity Leave
We have been advised that Southern Health is trying to get back superannuation payments made on paid maternity leave. Our view is that while employers are not required to pay superannuation on maternity leave payments, it is open to them to do so.
