Community Health Services Agreement
Further to the update in the last Stat Report in relation to the negotiated terms for the new EBA to apply in community health services, it is important that members are aware that the ballot for approval of the agreement will be held in each community health service during the week commencing Monday 5 August. Check with your employer for the details of the time and day of the meeting in your community health service.
The ballot will take the form of a meeting of staff who are covered by the EBA with a show of hands to indicate support, or otherwise.
The MSAV believes the negotiated terms represent a good result for members working in community health and recommends support for these with a “YES” vote at your meeting.
